OPERATION :
The unbalance motor generate rotary centrifugal force due to unbalance weights fixed on either side of the motor.
This centrifugal force set the hole mass vibrating. The frequency of vibration depends on motor RPM. and the amplitude of vibration depends on the mass being vibrated.

Unbalance motors have wide application where vibration force is desired. It's operation is noiseless as compared to electromagnetic vibration and pneumatic vibration.

The unbalance motor find wide application in Screens, Sifters, Conveyors, Feeders, Bin vibrators, Vibrating tables, Graders, Compactors and in grinding and Finishing machines.

It is widely used in continuous process plants e.g.. Chemicals, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Plastic, Mining, Food processing and Packaging industries.
